I was born in London and have travelled the World extensively, gaining many an inspiration for my desire to capture images on canvas. I have lived in Denmark and the Philippines and have spent time in Kenya and I think this reflects in the variety of subjects I choose to portray.
Creativity has always been a preoccupation of mine. I used to draw a lot as a child with a passion to express myself visually, which ultimately led to me studying fashion design at the Douglas Mawson College in Adelaide.
I relocated to Noosa in 1998 and joined the Noosa Art Academy with Bill McKay in 2003. Bill is a perfectionist and great source of inspiration and education. The academy allowed me to pursue my love and fascination of art, painting in oils and other mediums. I also enjoy sculpting, which I have been studying for the last year and a half.
I have exhibited my art in the Noosa gallery, Café Paradiso, Peregian Art House, Maleny, Kenilworth, and in Mooloolaba. I have achieved sales in Sydney, Brisbane and Noosa, and overseas in Russia and the U.K. and have completed many commissions for private collections.
